[Legends of the Playground]

Just got back inside from enjoying #1. The weather was a crisp and clear 52 degrees. Sun was going down behind the hills. A nice glass of Maker's Mark nicely complimented it.

liked it. of course, I couldn't find jorge to smoke some with post game, since his crew likes to arrive late, wear random colors and leave early.

hey, the ones that showed up wearing random colors were my nola friends who lost all of their burnt orange gear to katrina. at least they got their priorities straight and decided to come to the game instead of taking care of important stuff like trying to file their insurance claims.

this season is different. I went back in after halftime to catch the second half. the rest of my teh suck friends stayed at the alumni center. we walked past the tailgate spot on the way to el mercado, but everyone was gone.

Yes, the changes on game day are getting too obvious. The tailgate is slowly becoming a daycare center, and a post-game tailgate is completely out of the question.

It is fine though, because Henry Melton is on our team. Our running game is a 5 Headed Monster!

get my cell # off of the other thread. if you ever want to tailgate for longer with a more hardcore group, just call. I got about 4 or 5 alternate tailgates that start EARLY.
