Ah, the sweet smell of Roses. I had been bidding my time, trying to find the perfect opportunity to smoke this baby. We went down to Seattle for a week (just got back this morning.) They've been having terrible weather, lots of rain. But it was 60-70 degrees warmer than Fairbanks and we rented a house with a covered patio. I went prepared.

Like all of the rest of these babies, it lit and drew well. No problems at all. I tasted the same spicey cream that all the others had brought. It also started off a bit slow. The flavors built for a very satisfying finish. When I finally put it down, I was disappointed. But the disappointment was in the reality that these are all gone, just like Vince.

that choked me up. That cigar tasted better than any other I've ever smoked, even the Dunhill.

I realized as I put it down for the last time that it was a bit overwhelming. After we demolished CU in the Big 12 Championship, I KNEW that we would smoke all 14. Even when USC went up by 12 late in the 4th qtr. And when the D held on that last 4th down, I was already planning when and where I'd smoke in Seattle.
