Vinotemp fan question

I just got the 28 bottle Vinotemp cooler last week and was wonder if you guys noticed your fan always on even when its not cooling? I thought the fan would turn off when the temp is where it was set at?

I don't belive mine runs all the time. That is why I installed two CPU fans into my cooler.
