BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I really like the idea of the combination of a stand and a guide that fits into a wallet! I'll see what I can do with that!
I'm redesigning the entire thing in a better program so it will print in a higher quality. That was a complete mockup. I'm going to resize it to fit a business card size instead (to allows me to be able to make a laminated proof set). The business card size is essentially the same size of the ID card, but it is more well known and easier to make/print.
Does anyone have a picture of one of these said wallet sized cigar stands? My only concern with that would be the thickness of the stand. Even if you used super thin sheet, it'd still have to be hinged or something similar. I really like the idea of piggy backing the two products.
EDIT: Also, printing on the cigar holder would be tricky for most anyone. I've found something that looks promising, but the thickness is an issue as well as the hinges and how everything would be screened on it. I'll play around with it in Photoshop though.

Okay, re-designed it and cleaned it up a little bit. Let me know what you all think of this. I might try to print out a set with some spare business card paper and cold lamination film I have laying around!

Have it like this^^^^ but have it say 1,2,3,4 etc like a normal sized ruler. Because remember some sticks also might be 5 1/2" or 6 3/4" etc. Then again I could be wrong and maybe the ruler I use incorporated in my cigar journal is off. Or maybe I'm a little wacked lol.
I think you covered the measurement with the inch and half inch marks, although it might be great to have a ruler on the very edge of the card. It does not need to be too big, as it might make the card too busy in appearance.
Oh I don't think it needs to be huge either. The way he has it set up is perfect. I'm just a P.I.T.A. and would think a makeshift ruler would be a little easier to read. If he shrunk it down I'd say that would be icing on the cake and call it complete!
