  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Ways to combat possible mold?

Yep, you should be fine at that. Just make sure you've calibrated your hygro so you know you are getting a good solid reading.

What's your storage like? Humidor? Tupper'dor? Wine Cool'idor? A 4% RH swing isn't crazy, but more than I expect to see in many cases. I assume when you say "holding steady" that you are seeing readings between 64% and 68% at any given time?

Looks fine to me as well...rub your finger over it as if it's mold you'll see a bluish/green film. If its on the foot of the cigar it's history...
