Part of me says 'good for them', another is a bit leary.

I have no problem with pot, though I choose not to indulge... My problem is with the blatant legal 'loopholing'... It's so phony getting 'medical' marijuana. People use it to get high (95% of the time). A friend was in CA last weekend & said in Santa Monica people are walking down the street saying "the doctor is in!" - it may all be 'legal', but I find it distastful in the sense that it undermines the 'rule of law'. If that makes sense...

Par for the course these days I guess...
(There are much bigger problems to worry about & 'legalization' in & of itself is far from a problem in my opinion.)
