  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I tend to get annoyed when I find a big stem in my cigars, but I've never seen anything like this...
A buddy of mine shared these photos with me. He found a damn wood screw in his Quorum cigar today. Anyone else ever found weird shit in a cigar?

We've cut up some fake Cubans over the years. Cohiba barberpoles yielded plastic, string, hair and other things you would not want to light and inhale.

A couple weeks ago we found a folded tiny piece of paper with a number on it, ironically probably a quality control sticker.

If I ever found anything like that in a cigar I guarantee you 2 things: 1. I would make sure the manufacturer knew about it and 2. I would never buy anything from that brand ever again.

Thinking back I can't remember finding anything other than tobacco. I have never smoked a Quorum cigar and after this thread am pretty sure I won't. I do have an "I am Quorum Man" tshirt.

Swisher has standards. I mean they're an American company that is under a lot of federal scrutiny. It's tougher in 3rd world countries.
