WERE BUYING A HOUSE!!!!

After months of searching, countless showings, endless denied offers, 2 years of renting, and tons of stress, me and my wife have finally pulled the trigger on the perfect home and our offer was accepted!! It's a brand new house set to be completed April 15th. If all goes well, we will be happily and deeply in debt next month.
Now for the fun part of finding the perfect celebratory smoke!

As H said, the garage will have to work as the smoking room for now. Hopefully in a couple of years i can build a big shop behind the house with a nice smoking room in it..
