  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Anyone know of any good Western Michigan Cigar Lounges/Shops? I'm in the greater Grand Rapids area. I'm originally from the east side of the state where there were a number of really cool shops with fully stocked lounges (big screen, leather couches). There doesn't seem to be anything like that on this side of the state.

If anyone knows of any cool B&M's in the greater GR area I'd appreciate it!

You should check into Kalamazoo. The only reason i kow is because i'l be there in May and i've already researched places to smoke. There are 2 restaurants that have cigar bars with limited cigar selections. I'll be taking my own. But i've found a couple shops that appear to have big selections by loking at their websites. Kalamazoo looks like maybe an hour away?

I'm actually in GR. We have a couple of places that you could go. The first place is Tuttles. It is a decent B&M but they are pretty small. They have a little lounge that the same guys hang out in everyday and it can be a bit intimidating. I just started going there and keeping to myself (reading my book or working on my computer) eventually they warmed up to me. It is a boys club though.
Then there is Buffalo Tobacco Traders. That place has a decent cigar selection but the guy who owns it is crazy. The place always is filled with cigarette smoke which is pretty gross and there is no place to sit and enjoy a cigar.

We also have two cigar lounges.

The first is La dolche vida. It is in the basement of a really nice steak restaurant. The place is sweet but the cigars are really pricey.

The second lounge is The Atrium. It is a small place but there are nice couches and each little section has their own TV. The cigars are from Tuttles and there is no up charge.

Probably the best place to go to enjoy one of your own cigars is the Cambridge House. They have reasonably priced drinks, strong mixed drinks and they are pro cigar smoking.

I hope this helps
