What’s your all time favorite pipe tobacco and why?

Gawith & Hoggarth Louisiana Flake - aged at least 3 years.
The Virginias are rich, deep, dark, and the Perique adds a nice spice & prune flavor.

If I had to pick one it's Gawith Hogarth Kendal Dark Shag, a very consistent full bodied baccy, strong and satisfying.

It would be hard just to have one favorite tobacco. I always have one bowl a week of Aylesbury Own Mixture because it's a classic smooth smoking English.

Have only been smoking a pipe for about a week or so now, but currently my three favorite tobaccos are:

• Home and Hearth Daybreak
• Ole Shenandoah Summer Berry Brandy (f.k.a. Appalachian Berry) and
• Paladin Black Cherry*

* I know, I know... I have seen the vitriolic disdain for Paladins Black Cherry online, but I just don't know of any better cherry-flavored tobacco out there. If you have any suggestions, let me know.

For top-shelf Ill go with SPC Plum Pudding SR, for mid I go with RO Perique Blend P-37, for knock-around it's MO American Patriot

If you like Paladin Black Cherry- good for you. If you want another good cherry, try Cult Blood Red Moon and Boswell Cherry Smash.

Ok I'll play, after I found my mix I just don't smoke anything else.
3x newminster 400 flakes.
3x pinches of sutliff maple and rum.
1x pinch of C&d bright Virginia.
In a snack bag lasts me 3 days on average, about 3 - 4 bowls a day, unless I am on a cigar binge!
I pack a little shake from the bottom of the bag on top and it adds a great salty flavor. Mmmmmm
