Santana - Borboletta
I'mma gonna guess I haven't heard the whole album since '74 or, at best, '75. Forgot how good it really is. More in-line with "Welcome" so much more jazz-rock-ish than the group's first 3 releases. Another thing, while listening to the album, today I realized that the tone of Carlos' guitar was different so looked it up and yes, he had switched from the Gibson SG and Les Paul to the LS-6. I'm thinking I didn't notice the change back in the day 'cause I almost exclusively listened to the album in the record store, not at home, thus not being able to hear the tonal differences. (At least that's my story and I'mma sticking to it!)
