This is just one of the risks you take buying cigars online. If it were bought from a brick and mortar retailer it would be much easier to replace, but fortunately the damage is at the foot and should only really affect the first twenty minutes or so of the smoke. This is why I, personally, have a hard time buying smokes online.

It was from a B&M... I just called and had them ship to me.

I guess what I was trying to get across was more the shipping aspect rather than online vs. B&M. But like Steve said, if the shop won't replace it DE most likely will!
