BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So I'm home all this week (which is awesome!) and I've spent the day cooking and eating some great food. Decided to end the night with this delicious stick with a boatload of thanks to @Xavier Dredo ! This is great after a big prime rib dinner and pairs really well with a young Pino Noir from Oregon (2012). Days like this remind me why I work so damn hard ... I really am one lucky guy!
