My wife is learning. I had a Lusi and a RA Regional out to smoke while I smoke a brisket in celebration of declaring our independence from the Brit's back before my time. Anyway, I digress. She smelled them both and said I should go with the Lusi first because it had more of a barnyard smell. Got to love a Lady that supports the vices!
