Huge departure from my peaty monsters.. Can only imaging what the 30 tastes like!

30s seem to be hit or miss. They either take in a slight bit of that funky sweetness or they seem to be flat and bitey. You're better off in the 20 range on hibiki. Never had a chance to try the 35 as thats out of logical price ranges to even split a sampler.
