90% of the time I punch. If I have to cut i only skim around the top to removed the cap. I never cut into the filler. There is no need to.

I do the same thing if I don't vcut Mike. just slight slice around the top and take only the cap off

Bought a '13 box of these without ever trying one after hearing everyone rave about 'em. Great initial flavors. Not amazing. But definitely will be amazing with a couple years. I just know it.
