Date is one of my favorite go to Japanese whiskies! Another good one is the Nikka from the barrel! I wonder if you can get the Date here in the state. I bought it when I was in jp earlier this year! Will buy more on my next trip

I have had Nikka- it's good.
Also need to acquire the Yamasaki I heard its bad ass too!

Yup, try to collect the yearly cask strength from Chichibu! U would be surprised to see how much cheaper scotch whiskies r over there! Talisker 18 was only like $90 usd!

I know.....I go to Mexico and load tequila all day for 20 bucks. In the USA it's 50-60 per bottle

I highly recommend Yamazaki 12! It is delicious!!
