What I did when left without my cutter

Still gonna order one though. $3 shipped for 3 of 'em? Why not give 'em a shot. I lost my punch, so these might work in it's place. Probably won't keep one on my keychain though.... Maybe toss one in the car and then keep the others handy on the porch/by the humi.

hehe nice work. Today I wanted to punch a cigar and forgot my punch. I dug the eraser out of a pencil and then used the metal part that was left to punch it out.....worked like a charm.

I'm afraid with my semi-clumsy nature I'd probably be the one that the proves the "so far" theory wrong. If not my scrotum, I'll end up stabbing myself in the hand, arm, leg, or other part of my body that I'd prefer not to stab.

I think a few people here have talked about the spike in the past and I think it is generally thought of as complete crap.

Stuck with out a cutter I have:
Tried biting the cap off (Never again)
Kind of peeled it off (Works pretty good)
Used scissors (I was a noob and no, it doesnt work)
Used an X-acto knife (Felt like I was operating, it worked out perfectly)
Kitchen knife (Apparently it was a shitty one)

Next time I forget my cutter I will....... Its not gonna happen again lol. After forgetting it a bunch of times I decided to pick up a couple more (one for the car, camera bag, etc.)

The cigar spike works great, oddly with the exception of connies. I seem to get tar build up on connies. I rarely smoke them so it's not been much of an issue. If it's a Lancero, I'll X spike it to allow more air flow. I've even used my pocket knife to X punch the cap. That works great and I always have my knife on me.
