What is this?

I was given a Snus cooler. I would like to know if it is thermoelectric. I am hopping i can user it to cool my coolerdoirs. I will post pics soon. It is made by Gamon Plus and the Model number is TE3 -076

GS, the pictures that I have seen of Snus cooler's looks like those things are fairly large aren't they? How would you use one?
