My avatar is a bitmoji (cartoon representation of myself) lighting a cigar with a burning dollar bill. I chose it bcuz I'm a mf baller yo.

Fictional avatars are for kids.

Seeing as how it's your birthday and you're even older now, I suppose this makes sense.

Plus, @nic, you know as well as I do that most of these guys are too ashamed because they can't grow real beards like us men.

Mine is Mario Puzo. No particular reason, love The Godfather, and he is enjoying a cigar. It has nothing to do with the screen name, which came from work. And no, I'm not from Nebraska. It is the only screen name I use.

Mine is Simply that I follow horse racing and had watched Genuine Risk win stakes races prior The Kentucky Derby. When Derby Day came, I bought The Racing Form as a habit as I already knew where my money was going. Thus a Winning ticket at 13-1 made more then my day money wise. As "Genuine Risk" was then only the second filly to have won this Classic Race, and to finish in the money in the following Preakness and The Belmont stakes.And now our German Shepherd being a female was named after this legendary horse.

The cartoon pigeon to the left is the main character from a series of children's books by Mo Willems.
The particular book I pulled my avatar from is called "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus." It works well for this place I think.
