So, I saw this on another forum, and thought it was a great idea, just as a fun thing to do...some people collect cigars, some people don't, but I am willing to bet we have all smoked (or have) a fairly rare or htf cigar...

Let hear them!

I smoked what I thought was an origninal release Opus X Perf #2, but it turns out that some jerk scammed people and it was just a regular release Opus.

Probably the rarest is a Dunhill Mojito

Edmundo Dantes El Conde... Thanks Alfonso... I had three... 1 for me, 1 for my dad and 1 I tossed in a HTF box pass to cover up an oopsie and to keep my rep... Whomever picked it up got a hell'of a HTF stick. Gibbs has sent me a few HTF-super rare sticks... A hand-rolled from ISOM and a pair of 1997 Sancho Panza mega-churchills.

Hmmm, I'm lucky enough to still be in possession of an AF between the lines but that's bout all I've got left.

Perhaps if this upcoming Padron event goes well I can add a 44 to that list....

Brooks, since you're the OP, what about you?

I have a couple CCfrom the 70's, 80's and 90's.

I also have the CAO Sopranos limited edition Box, with 2 champagne bottle, 2 bats, and an 86 ring gague fatty in it. Thanks to gibbleguts. not that CAO is considered rare, but I really like odd shapped cigars

CAO Anniversaire Maduro Cigar from 1996, when they were still made in Costa Rico and were actually made by CAO. I still have 7 left from the original box.

Well, I'd think of it this way. That's a cigar that I would likely kill a man for so... I'd say you've got a good one on your hands, haha.

Nothing. Unless you consider the one I just smoked the other night with you, but as always a fleeting moment.

Cool thread. Three of my rarest are:

* the Tatuaje Reserva SW Maduro
* the Forbidden X Cigar in the Bottle aka "FFOX Royal 8"
* a few of the Cohiba Gran Reservas that are on their way (they're my Christmas presents to myself this year)....

I agree with ya on that brother, if I did have something 'rare' it would last about 1 to 2 hours depending on the length of the cigar! :) The memories I have with certain family & friends while enjoying certain cigars are what I hold onto...

Although it would be nice to try some of those old ass barnyard smellin' CCs! :)

I don't have anything rare per se...I don't think T110's, Zona Del Estes are considered rare. I would drool all over a cuban Dunhill or Davidoff or any older CC....I would also drool over an original release Opus..or a forbidden...or an Opus Maddy.
