In Ontario here I recently went to the local cigar shop. I was browsing the humidor and decided on getting a Rocky Patel Vintage 1990. (I am not sure what the size was called) Anyways, I let it sit in the humidor at home for a few weeks before I decided to smoke it. Let it be known that this cigar cost me $23 Cdn. This is robbery!. The cigar was pretty good though....
My big beef is that the taxes on tobacco up here are crap. Then the mark-up from the store and then more taxes when you buy it. When I look around on this site I see lots of cigars for sale....what did I see....8 RP cigars for $30? Thats a good deal to me, (the dollar is close to par).
Can these cigars just be shipped to me in canada? as a gift? is it legal? What happens if I want to trade? (I do have "other" cigars.....bright yellow packaging......pure gold. These are my "life event" smokes. The price up here would blow your habano mind)
