The two things I think are wrong on this cigar
The emblem is not centered in the band on the one I got.
When compared to a Monte from 2009 they were not exactly the same size. The 2009 was a tad bit longer and the ring gauge was larger. I could be wrong.

Your pic looks clearly fake to me, even despite the issue of the raised logo. The cut on the band looks ragged, colors look washed out.

I hear you....
I just can;t tell 100% either way from the picture. I have seen some older cigars with the printing just slightly off. I have seen cigars with slanted foot cuts.
