FL - empty, cause I'm typing this on my phone
FR - wallet. No keys cause they're on the counter in the house. (I'm sitting in my van waiting for my daughter to wake up from her nap.)

All other pockets are empty. I hate having things in my pockets. I don't like the weight, or the bulges. All I ever carry is my iPhone (which I refuse to put any kind of case on because I don't want to add any thickness), my car keys (I had new keys made so they would be thin, not the thick stock keys with the plastic grips) and my Tumi slim ID wallet, which has an absolute minimum amount of stuff in it (DL, personal credit cards, company card, debit card, and my business card).

at work, FL - phone. that's it. wallet and personal car keys stay in work vehicle or lab/office.
going out, FL - phone. FR - folded cash, driver's license, and a backup cc. thats it, always and forever. i usually have a girl carry my keys unless i have a jacket on. i hate having stuff in my pants' pockets.
