Looks really nice and bet tasted great. Wish the galley served food like that but it takes too long which is why I put in a request chit for deep fried turkey with Captain Morgan injections for Thanksgiving. I haven't heard back yet.

I was quite tasty and turned iut perfect for my first time so this is going to be a regular thing. We would love to have a mid summer herf at the house and smoke another one.
