I saw this thread on CW and thought it was worthy of sharing on our great board here so let's here it boys and girls. What was your best/most enjoyable/favorite cigar you had this year?

Mine would have to be:

N/C = Gurkha Masters Select double corona
ISOM = Cohiba Siglo III with SERIOUS age on it (about 12yrs)

I'm really looking forward to 2005 in my cigar enjoyment. I've made a lot of new friends and discovered a ridiculous amount of new cigars to try and appreciate. I'll be interested to answer this question the same time next year and see what is different.

On a side note, enjoy your holidays boys and girls. Drink, smoke, have sex like porn stars and bring in the New Year with the attitude that this one is going to be even better than the last! Life is shorter than you think boys and girls, cherish it, enjoy it, and live it to it's fullest possibilities.

Full Tilt Full Time and don't you forget it!

Hands down a 4 y/o RASS on my fly fishing trip to Idaho in October. Woah...

I have goosebumps just thinking of it again...
Man do I wish I had more from that era. Looks as if I'll just have to wait.

Loaded question for me as I've only started smoking this year...

Other than the my normal favorites like PAMs, Anejos, Party Shorts, etc. the two that really jump at me when I first read your question:

Cohiba Robusto and Casa Torano

Since I started seriously smoking cigars in 2004, it has been a wonderful year to remember. I have had some seriously good cigars, but one sticks out in my mind from the entire year.

Cohiba DC EL

Just a wondeful experience, and I hope to have more in 2005.

I think mine would have to be my very last '98 RyJ Robusto EL. I sure hated to torch my last one, but ooooh these things are good. =P~ Like smoking a chocolate bar! =P~ =P~

Now that I've thought about this and posted, I'm very sad. They're all gone!!

Cuban- Cohiba Siglo IV...I smoked this on the 30th. It was only about five months old but was by far the best ISOM I have smoked to date. The smoke was so thick and full of flavor that it almost seemed moist in my mouth if that makes sense.

for me hands down the taboada's dp blend. honorable metions were some siglo 1's that I got that were just flavor bombs and super creamy all the way through. I had 3 like that before the the box started to turn around. But those were better than the cohiba dc or anything else.

other honorable mentions were the
party corona
party londsdale

I too agree the great thing about this cigar hobby is getting out and meeting/making friends with with so many other friends of the leaf!! It's great to share this pastime with so many wonderful and different people.

N/C would be a PAM '64 or '26.
Regular ISOM HdM Epicure #2

Special ISOM HdM Piramide EL '03.

Let's keep up the Herf cause it's always nice to meet my fellow BOTL that we talk to on the computer. Nothing like enjoying a fine cigar, drink and chewing the fat with another Cigar Lover!!
