I can usually save a little money buying a box, so I do if I can.

If it is an every day stick, my b&m will generally carry it so I can just grab it whenever I feel like it.

An advantage to box buying is that you can forget about them and then revisit them later.

Well my favorite cigars are too expensive, or unavailable for me to buy a box. Ie Pam 64 pyramid, Opus Lancero, Cohiba Lancero…..so I buy what I can when I can.

But for favorite daily smokers, or reliable smokes, ie. DPG, cabiguan Oliva V lance. I buy boxes.

Voted for a few singles. If I had the money to buy larger quantities, I would. But, I gotta know my limit

My favs I buy by the box. Some I smoke thru with reckless abandon, some a work through slowly, and others I won't even open fro at least 12 months before I start smoking them. Depends on which of my favorites it is. For example, a box of Oliva V belis never lasts long from the day I bring it home. A box of Tatuaje Havana Cazadores however will not be opened until they hit their first birthday.

If I had more money and space I would buy a box every time, but unfortunately I can only grab the occasional 10 pack to refill my cigar coffers.

I buy singles--whether it's just one, or ten....

Greater variety for me, and boxes are a bit out of reach just yet.

I buy boxes whenever I can. It makes it easier on me in the end. I don't have to hunt for singles or anything. I have 20 of them. If I like it, I'm getting a box. If I hear it's a really good smoke, I'm getting a box.

Really depends on many factors for me; price, taste, quality, etc. If I really happen to fall for a le cigar I will try to stash away what I can, otherwise I will just replenish a production cigar once I run low.

Depends on price. Other things being equal I'll get about 2-3 to try but usually a deal can be gotten on a 5 or 6-pack.
