Where can i get Military MRE's

Wasn't sure where to put this but it's food so put it in the food section. Just wondering where i could buy military MRE's by the case. I've checked ebay but lot of those guys way overcharge on shipping. Yes i know they are not for commercial resale so you can PM me with suggestions thanks.

I'm in the military and they are hard to get, if you know anybody in the Army they might stand a better chance due to field exercises etc...

If I were stateside I could definitely hook you up brother. They're hard to come by as they're technically "Government Property". I used to be our Supply Officer so I have a few connections with the Class 1 guys. The company that manufactures our MREs also makes a civilian version with most of the same stuff in it, but the prices are outrageous.

costco has em too...they come in a 5 gallon bucket like HD style as part of emergency kit.

I"m sure it is, they last a long time.

They sell that at our commissary, but they're not cheap. I'm considering buying some to keep on hand for emergencies, though.

I ate a WWII MRE in 1988, sucked but the tootsie rool was just fine.

Official DOD guidance is date plus 10 years and then destruction; they're NOT good forever as people think and it's probably NOT a good idea (particularly for your digestive health) to eat a WWII MRE.

Yeah just don't like the fleabay, used to be a great spot for steals but now everything is buy now or not really saving that much thanks.
