Last night I spent an hour and 25 minutes outside at 13 degrees with a Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure Especial and Dow's 20 year old Tawny Port. I didn't notice the cold.

The HdM EE is a fantastic cigar! It started out with lots of leather and applewood. Moved into toffee and toasted almonds. Then smooth, creamy chocolate cake. And finished with a little pepper and spice. Worth every penny and then some.

And the Port was a great pairing.

Mmmmm...definitely agree with the port pairing. Dow's 20 is a favorite of mine.

You didn't notice the cold? How much of that port did you drink?! :grin:

This is Green Bay. I've sat outside and had a cigar in colder weather before.

I had about 1/4 of the bottle.
