  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Who knows how to convert video files?

I've got a video that is in .vob format. I had to download a media player in order to be able to watch it. When I try to upload the video or share it with others, they have to download the same media player.

I'd like to convert this file to a more common format if possible (.mpg, etc..) so that windows media player, etc.. can play it...

Anyone have a clue how to do this?

Thanks!

download a program called "Handbrake". That's the easiest video converter I've found and it should do any conversions you'll ever need. Free program as well if I remember correctly.
