I may have seen these at the Big E. It's a big fair in West Springfield MA. Each NE state has a building and I think they were hand rolling these in the CT building.

They were created by a CT valley tobacconist and a small group of freemasons that frequent the shop. That's all I really know other than what the link says. If you wanna be one, ask one. :wink:
