So,
I'm thinking about making a small wine cellar!
Has anyone done this before?

Also would it be easy to. Convert a corner into a humidor?
Do you keep wine at a similar Rb?

Wine guys I've talked to say that fridges are the way to go unless you've got a naturally cool spot underground that you can section off. Have heard that condensation is the biggest problem with building an actual cellar, and drainage can really cause headaches.

Be happy to put you in touch with some folks I know that have tried/considered it with mixed results.

the relative humidity is about the same but not the temperature. You can keep wine at 65 and have pretty good results. 70 degress and above is pushing it. Just remember the higher the temp in the cellar the faster the aging of the wine (and not always in a good way).
