What Wine Magazines do you read? What magazines are worth subscribing to?

I'm hardly a wine enthusiast but I enjoy staying up on recent thoughts about vintages, regions, developments, practices, etc.

Wine & Spirits? Wine Spectator? Wine Enthusiast? Food & Wine? Etc...

My wife gets food and wine. It's more for cooking and it's not real serious about wine. That's my only experience with a wine magazine and well F&W is not what you want if you want wine info that is at all in depth.

My buddy runs a site called snooth. Its probably the best place for info/ratings etc. The magazines are good for the pics but for example, Shanken runs Wine Spec so its just like CA is for cigars. The people who advertise get high ratings etc etc. While their articles are interesting sometimes, their ratings are really off many times and again, its just like CA. Food and wine is good if you like to cook and get a general scope of food wine beer spirits etc but for good info, check out snooth. They also have sister sites on cooking and spirits as well. G1
