Looks more like something a pot head came up with and adapted it to cigar use. I wonder if anybody ever made a bong for cigars.....

Grab an empty 16oz soda bottle, cut small hole in side (about a 38 ring) fill coke bottle 1/8 with scotch, insert lancero = cigar bong.
...It just comes to me, I don't know how.
