Xikar Stratosphere not lighting...

Bought the stratosphere 3 or 4 months ago in anticipation of my spring turkey trip to Cloudcroft, NM, which is right at 9,000 feet above sea level. Bought some "special" sticks to smoke while I'm up here as well. Today has been the best day since Saturday so I figured I'd light a Famosos before the afternoon hunt. Only one problem though. My "Stratosphere" lighter simply won't light at 9,000 feet! If you put "Stratosphere" on it shouldn't it light at "high altitude"??? C'mon Xikar! WTF???

Looks to definitely be an altitude thing because once we came off of the mountain, more towards sea level, it fired right up. I'll see what they say.
