I get up this morning and check the work answering machine and there is a message on there. It was Mr. and Mrs. L. saying they would be honored to have me build their cottage for them. Great way to start the week this will be my first job over 100k, 195k to be exact. I am very excited these are the types of jobs I want to start doing more of. I have worked very hard to build a great name for my company so this feels well deserved to me. It will take about 100 business days to complete, so it looks like I'll make it through the winter this year. Just to think that this time last year we weren't sure if we were gonna be able to keep our house or if I was going to have to close down shop and get a job. So needless to say I am very, very happy and thought I'd share it with you guys.:grin:

That is a great way to start the week, congrats! I've got an uncle in construction so I know how this time of year gets, he's usually grabbing small jobs here and there to make it through the freeze.
