yeah that sucks. I remember underwriting a loan Post Katrina and a man who had lived in Compton his whole life had a $2500 Deposit in his bank account from FEMA. Yep right at the same time the Katrina victims were all getting their $2500 relief money.

I believe it it weren't for a weak criminal justice system here in America some people might think twice about pulling crap like this.

I don't even think it's a weak criminal justice system, so much as bad priorities. We've got more people in jail per capita than any country in the world, so we're catching people and putting 'em away alright.

Just seems like we're more interested in busting people for smoking a joint than for fraud and white collar crimes.
