I'm looking to shark dive into some LFD (La Flor Dominicana). One of those brands that always see them in the B&M and the line is extensive, but I more than often have a squirrel moment and end up buying a Tat. Nothing wrong with that, I just want to branch out. I've only had a couple of different LFD. What are some of your favorite LFD? (taste, construction, availablity, vitola, etc.). Thanks for your input!

My first LFD was the Ligero L-400 and have since had a few of them. I like it, but it's gonna give you a ride on the nicotine locomotive. Definitely not a "first cigar of the day before you have any food" kinda stick.

I have also enjoyed the Air Bender lancero and just picked up (but haven't smoked yet) the 1994. Looking forward to that one. I'd put LFD second on my list of favs after Fuente

Last year I picked up a Litto Gomez Small Batch #3 that had been aged beautifully. Divine!
The SB# 2 after about 4-5 years rest was and still is in my top 10 of all NCs I've ever smoked. I probably smoked 30 -40 if them during a couple years. Others guys I know have smoked cabs. (WB)

A couple worth mentioning are the El Jocko and Double Ligero in chisel or chiselitto size, they are widely available & are quite tasty smokes with a bit of power to them.
I could never warm up to the double-L and I tried a couple of time. Haven't tried the El Jocko yet, so I'll put that on my list to purchases to make.
