Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Barely made it in to work last week, but when I did I was greeted by stacks of deliveries, including this pile of briar goodness from J Cochey @briarbird (IG) on the left & Dave Soucy @oldschoolsmoke (IG) on the right.

They're in great shape structurally, just in need of cleaning (the billiard on the bottom, in fact, is supposed to have a black stem). But there's hardly any chatter on the mouthpiece - I just need to tighten up the tenon on the black Venturi and get rid of the oxidation (then sanitize, etc.)
I think I now have 8 in the restoration queue. Time to take a couple of vacation days and do them!
