  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Alright folks here's my spiel about this pipe. I'm not going to make a new thread because I'm not a very long-winded person. The pipe itself is designed perfectly, in my opinion. The shape is what I've been after, the grain is beautiful, and it is engineered flawlessly. The drilling is dead center, the bit is slotted for a nice open draw, and the pipe literally smokes itself. I've put 5 bowls through it, which isn't many, but enough to start some cake and I've decided that it's my favourite piece by far. Its smokability surpasses my cobs. The walls are so thick that it doesn't heat up at all. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Johs as a fantastic low range competitor with the best of the rest: Savinelli, Stanwell, Peterson, et. al.
