Not an additional new purchase, but when i finally got around to breaking down the box the pre-Lane Charatan shipped in, i found a little surprise in bottom! The original 60+ year old silk bag!

Just call me sutliff clause..... bought myself a Christmas-birthday present (turn 45 next month) and it arrives on black Friday! I run the border if aromatics and as much kids call it, the stinky stuff.... had to get some crowd pleasers and all are new to me. Country gent pipe is to replace the very 1st pipe I bought two years ago that began my driving off this cliff and developed a nice crack while teaching me to smoke properly. The wind cap? I smoke a lot too and from work and if the air is on or window cracked will hopefully help keep it lit.
I know sutliff isn't top tier stuff but their maple walnut blend and match 965 have been good to me. Figured I would try some others and see if I can find some other gems.

Edit.... this country gent is thicker walled and larger than my 1st one and bigger noticeably as well all around. Not sure if it's due to variation of the corn but I certainly ain't complaining! Thanks MM!!!

Some finds at the local. The Rattray's top is swelling and yellow so it must have a few years on it. They had newer looking ones with a change in the printing. I found a few of these and jumped on one.
