What recent production CC's would you nominate as your top 5 cigars of 2010?

In no particular order, mine are as follows:

> H. Upmann Magnum 48 LE - Rock solid. Provides immediate pleasure yet still offers great ageing potential.

> Vegas Robaina Unicos - Consistent producer. Smooth & delicious, a go to cigar that has yet to fail me.

> Hoyo de Monterrey Des Dieux - Class personified. A gentleman's treat.

> Juan Lopez Seleccion No. 2 - Underestimated. When its on, its on!

> Vegas Robaina Petit Robaina Canadian RE - Subtlety complex. A pleasure to smoke any time of the day.

Unfortunately... well I've only have 5 different CCs this year. And since I've only been smoking less than one year... yeah. Haha. Looking forward to this thread though.

Recent production, boxes dated within the past 2 to 3 years.

Still feel free to comment on the sticks that you have smoked, there's no pre-qualifications to contribute bro! Look at it this way, it should be really easy for you, since you only have 5 to choose from! :grin:

Hmmm...recent produktion makes it a bit harder but...

Trinidad Robusto T, I have never had a better fresh CC...cigar sex!!

Monte Sublimes, great LE worth every penny and then some more!

Partagas shorts, this is what partagas is all about!

Monte 2, classic monte!

RyJ Wide Churchill, Cherry and chocolate bomb.

I have a box of Boli RC tubos from September 09, and it has been interesting to smoke them every few months and see them evolve. They are probably the best of the few I have had. Complexity has grown significantly, and the profile and body has simultaneously grown, as has the strength, and rounded out at the same time. The flavor profile has become bolder, and more defined, losing the youthful harshness it had when I first got the box.

Also have a box of November 09 Mag46s that are killer right now. Creamy and dark.

I've had a few other great ones (a Monte #4, a Dip #2, an H.U. Ma 46 to name a couple), but only one of each so it's tough to judge.
