Assuming we're talking regular-production sticks (lists change a lot if we're including older and limited cigars!), here's my list:

1. H. Upmann Magnum 46
2. Cohiba Esplendidos
3. La Riqueza #1 (pending -- I still need to smoke more of these to be sure!)
4. Montecristo No. 2
5. Trinidad Fundadores

In no particular order:

The very first Opus X's my son and I smoked Christmas Day many years ago, in he garage in Ventura, CA.
The cohiba esplendidos that were gifted to me that I shared with my son at his wedding at the Luxor casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The two petit coronas I shared with my future son-in-law when he asked for my daughters hand in marriage in the back yard of my in-laws house by the pool in Upland, CA.
The first farmie I smoked gifted to me and smoked with Smokem94 in Todd's backyear in Omaha, Nebraska at the midwest herf last summer.
The cigar, I dont remember what it was only that it was incredible, that I smoked the day my grand daughter was born the day after Thanksgiving in Scottsdale, Az.

It is always the moment and the people that makes the cigar special for me.
