Well I did not order the Lil' Monsters from them. I ordered another box about a week and a half ago. No response and no package yet. No tracking information either. My card has been charged. I'll wait till the end of the week to received my package. Otherwise it's chargeback time...

Hmmm A friend ordered Mex Experiment a week back, same lack of response. He called today and was told more would be this week. Take it for it's worth. GL

Thanks Tim. I'm not at the super concerned mode yet. I'm sure they will make good. It's just nice to get some response, expecially since they already took my money. Btw, when is the new podcast going to be uploaded? I was hoping the new one would be out today. It would have saved my Monday at work

NHC e-mail me today, said they are getting their first shipment on 6/12/12, then preorders will be filled from that.

They also said, there will be another shipment later as well.

That's basically the same experience I've had with them, Eddie. Horrible customer service (so far) is an understatement. My card has already been charged for my 2 boxes too.

For all the guys that ordered from 3JC Cigars, I just called them (since they apparently don't return emails) & they told me that they got a shipment of 100 boxes in, but they're supposedly waiting for the free tee shirts to come in (he said they expect them either tomorrow or Wednesday), then they will begin shipping out orders. I also asked about the 1 box limit & he said everyone who preordered will get only 1 box at first, then once they see what stock they have left (and/or receive their second wave of shipments), they will send along the remaining part of your order then (if you ordered more than 1 box, obviously).

The guy was pretty cool & I'm sure they've been swamped with orders, so I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until I'm proven otherwise...

Will wait till these hit my local as well. If its something that my local won't' get, I'll pick up elsewhere but for the most part, I like to support my B&M first. These are going to be a little more available than other limited releases as I think Pete assumed that many would be buying multiple boxes as well as those who missed out on the initial monster releases. I wouldn't fret if you miss out on a few early receivers. They'll eventually be around and available. G1
