yup, and it does discourage those of us who sponsor. then again, hopefully, for every one that does this, we get two who hang around and contribute. hell, my roster of newbs has some killer brothers on it, and i feel proud to have helped them get established here. and i still remember the shock and awe of my n00b trade (i tried to go large, got crushed, hi bob!), and i try to carry that through every transaction i am a part of here. and i ain't the only one, by a long shot.

in the end, this is all a part of building this community we got here. we have a good thing going on this board, and it is in our best interests to try and get the young blood in line, show them who we are and how we do, and that we take the whole "BROTHER" thing in BotL seriously.
