Damn... I thought Godsnack sucked when they first came out, and now they are "oldschool"? What's Beastie Boys, "ancient?"

Rant over. I'm gonna go trim my gray pubes, now.
Question is, did Godsmack "age" well?
In order to do that, I would contest you have to start with some degree of quality in order to "age" well.

Side note: In keeping with this thread, I'm listening to John Coltrane's "Africa."

Bad Rabbits - Probably the best thing I've heard in years. Here is a cover of Smashing Pumpkins 1979 by them .

And Godsmack released their first album of the same name in 97, which for you mathematicians out there is 17 years ago. So by that account, Kill Em All was released in 83 which begs the question, in the year 2000, did you ever refer to Whiplash as 'old school Metallica'. Probably after you bought Garage Inc., and heard the Motörhead remakes you said to yourself, man I like the old school covers way better than this shit...

I'm listening to Spoon right now. Austin band.
And... to each his/her own.
After rereading my post, man, I came off as an ass... That is so far from my intent... What I was implying, while saying it in a very crappy way, is that I have seen them do that live, it was an awesome experience, therefore, I have not missed out...
