22 lbs of ribs. Carefully dry rubbed and left for 24 hours. Slow cooked for 6 hours and then lightly smokked for 20 minutes,
wrap the thing in aluminum foil for the last 2 hours you will thank me.Some pork butt for pulled pork.
This is after 3 hours of smoking at 185 and 3 hours at 250. Needs to go about another 5-6 hours at 250 and then 45-an hour resting in the beer cooler. Can't wait. By the way, this thing was 5.5lbs and has shrunk down this much already. Next time, 8lb minimum.
