Just out of curiosity, are there any 24 hour smoke places? Meaning, if I fly up in the afternoon, is there anywhere I can smoke all night and first flight it out the next morning? Obviously this will need to be close to the airport.

Most places close around 9-11pm depending on the cigar lounge.

So, no place that would allow me to smoke that is open 24 hours? Like a craptastic diner near the airport?
No smoking in our state unless it is a cigar shop.
If you stay at the holiday inn in Elk Grove you can get a smoking room and a shuttle to the airport
