Is Small Batch Cigars really on of the Best?

Last week (Friday) I ordered a 10 pack of Viva Republica Advanced Warefare Corona. Monday of this week, I received the package. Now that's fast! However, there was a problem, as they accidentally sent me the wrong sticks. they sent the standard Warfare Corona, not the Advanced Warfare Corona. Hey, no big deal, it happens. I sent them and email and with in about 15 minutes I get a phone call from them.

Of course, they apologized and said that they would send the correct cigars out asap! Great! I said that I would put the wrong ones in the mail, back to them the next day. Well, that didn't work for them. Instead, they asked me to keep them and enjoy them, as it was they're error.

WOW! it just does not get any better than that!!!
BTW, I got the next box today (Wednesday).

In my experience, they are hands down the best online retailer I've ever come across, and there are some really great ones out there.

1. Best-in-class selection of the premium and boutique stuff
2. Best-in-class pricing on in-demand items - and that's often before the BOTL code!
3. Amazingly fast processing - almost every order gets a DC same day with shipping that day or next
4. Shipping is free
5. They always use Priority for that free shipping
6. Always a Boveda in the shipment
7. Always very well packed
8. Fastest response time of any customer service department I'm aware of... as in replies at 9:30pm on a Friday type of responses
9. Best-in-class service when it comes to fixing the rare mistake

I have placed an order on Saturday afternoon and got my cigars on Monday. They are in CA and I live in Missouri. How day do dat?

and if you screw up and need the order held because you won't be home to grab it they will do that for you :)
How does that work?

Me: "Hey, Small Batch, I just placed an order online and I'm leaving town, would you mind holding the package for..."
Doorbell: "Ring ring ring"
Me: "Hang on a minute, Small Batch, I gotta answer the door" (opens door)
Postal Worker: "Package for a Mr. Ninja, from Small Batch?"
Me:"...nevermind, Small Batch."
