Both. I bought 10 and have been sitting for about 4 months now.

Thanks for your reply. My boxes came today and I smoked one today and then put the box at the bottom of my cooler. I really enjoyed the one I smoked tonight. I got some Unholy Cocktails and never had one. I'm going to try it for breakfast and then try the Shellback, then to the cooler with them,
